Registration and abstract submission open on January 15th, 2025.
The organizers will select the final list of participants based on abstract submission, particularly for young scientist, and the applicant interest in the Symposium topic. Those selected will be notified by July 1st, 2025. Upon confirmation of registration, the participants will be asked which is their preferred mode of payment: credit card, purchasing order or invoice. The registration form will remain opened after the May 1st deadline. However, abstracts submitted after the deadline will not be considered for SHORT TALKS but only as poster.
Note: Were are applying for an EMBO financial support. In anticipation, we have questions regarding fee waivers and child care supported by EMBO. However, these are dependent on EMBO support. If we fail to have EMBO’s support, these fee waivers and chil care support will not be maintained.
Also, the venue attendance is limited to 190 participants.
