Registration includes all coffee breaks, lunchs, the cocktail, the Gala Diner and accomodation.

Participants registration fee: 605€ (385€ for PhD students)

Accomodation: 4 nights (14/09 until 17/09, departure on 18/09) with choice of single room (140€ per night) or double room (85€ per nigth per person)

Non-participant guest option to participate at the Gala Diner: 100€

Cancelation policy:

Before July 15th, we will refund 100% of the registration fee.
Before August 31st, we will refund 50%.
No refund for cancelations after August 31st.

Pre-registration is required throught the Abstract Submission form. The meeting is limited to 190 participants.

Registration includes 3 lunches and 2 dinners. Accomodations will be included also in the registration with a choice of single room (70 rooms; 140€ per night per person) or double room (60 rooms; 85€ per night per person).

Payment instructions will be sent to all accepted applications by the organizing committee. Payment of the registration and accomodation fees will occur through our website.

We have also organized two social visits on Wednesday, September 17th, from 12h00 to 16h30:

• Visite of Catania – 15 €
• Visite of the Riviera dei Ciclopi – 15 €

Each activity is limited to 50 participants. Interested parties need to register and pay for the visit at the time of registration. Each visit will have a dedicated guide with audio instructions with whispers. Note that the two activities occur at the same time. Hence, those interested can only register to one of the two activites.
